• Provide technical sales and business development support for the “Mailspinner” product, a carrier class web-based front end for large scale email systems. This includes performing customer presentations, designing and costing full scale solutions including cost/benefit analysis, writing and presenting proposals, and managing post-sales deployments. Customers include large ISPs, telecom carriers and Fortune 1000 corporate clients.
• Act as the intermediary between the sales organization and the product marketing and engineering groups, providing insight and market evaluation of new feature requests and custom development efforts.
• Provide the CMGI parent company with wireless business strategy assessments for the emerging WAP industry. This included performing and publishing a national and international survey of the current technologies and companies throughout the WAP industry.
• Provided training to reseller on marketing, sales and technical aspects of “Mailspinner” in London, Paris, Munich and San Francisco
• Co-authored a business plan for CMGI to enter and deploy WAP services in the Chinese marketplace, included performing an assessment of the wireless strategies for all the CMGI companies.
• Co-authored a business plan for the future of the “Mailspinner” product.
• Managed system integration group, included planning and deploying wireless networks both domestically and internationally. Handled $500,000 budget including hiring and
firing of fulltime and contract personnel.

• Benchmarked cellular basestation performance with and without smart antenna applique’ for Bell Atlantic field trial • Developed and analyzed test data for comparison of smart antenna vs. 2SSD including reverse signal strength coverage, fast fading performance, handoff boundary location, SINAD, real audio and MTSO statistics
